Incisal Edge dental lifestyle magazine puts dental students in the spotlight

An initiative by the nation’s only dental lifestyle magazine Incisal Edge aims to recognizes innovative and passionate dental students.
Incisal Edge Student to Watch program will spotlight an exceptional few in the U.S. who demonstrate academic excellence, and make a difference in their chosen profession today.

University of North Carolina dental students led by Christopher Walker were featured in the 2016 edition of Incisal Edge for establishing DEAH Day, a day of community service organized in tribute to fallen classmates and friends.

What sets these dental students apart from the crowd?

Extracurriculars that indicate depth of character: mission trips, volunteer work, groundbreaking student research, compelling post-graduation plans.

Want to nominate a Student to Watch?

What you should know:
* Dental students are welcome to self-nominate and should feel free to nominate a peer.
* If nominating more than one student involved in a group project, a form must be completed for each person.

* Nominees will be judged by the Incisal Edge advisory board and the winners will be profiled monthly at IncisalEdgeMagazine.com and annually in the print version of the fall edition of the magazine.

* Honorees will be invited to attend the annual Next Gen Summit, featuring the Incisal Edge 40 Under 40 – America’s Best Young Dentists June 6, 7 and 8 at the James Hotel, New York.
