Why one ‘Singing Dentist’s’ videos went viral.

Some say eyebrows — with a personality all their own — helped gain upward of 200,000+ views for Dr. Milad Shadrooh and his first parody of Drake’s “Hotline Bling”: “Should Never Done That Endo”.

But with song parody titles like “Return of the Plaque” (a take on Mark Morrison’s “Return of the Mack”) and “I Like Your Molars, Molars” (from Reel 2 Real’s “I Like to Move It”), who could deny The Singing Dentist’s @DentistSinging lyrical genius as a contributing factor for his viral success?

The principal dentist and owner at Chequers Dental in Basingstoke has garnered endless media recognition with appearances in the U.K.’s  BBC TV, BBC radio, ITV, The Mail Online and The Metro. Earlier this month, Dentaltown’s Howard Farran interviewed the 35-year-old oral health overnight sensation on his home turf in London.

As his popularity skyrockets, Dr. Shadrooh stays true to his original mission: to promote oral health awareness in an entertaining way. Most recently finding time for a Strictly Come Dancing charitable effort that benefited the National Health Service (NHS), or publicly funded healthcare system for England. (He dances, too!)

If you’re ready to laugh, be inspired or just need a weekend refresher on brushing: “This Is How We Brush Teeth” (parody of “This Is How We Do It,” by Montell Jordan).

Look out, Lin-Manuel Miranda.
