During a relaxing three-day weekend, when healthy habits might fall by the wayside, Lisa Windham’s YouTube video of her cockatoo Gryphon practicing positive oral health care serves as a gentle reminder.

If her feathered friend, as shown in a 2015 video, can brush his beak with a Q-tip and a seemingly jolly demeanor, then why shouldn’t everyone express as much care for their dental hygiene.
