Garbage cans banging at 7:15 a.m. – what’s not to love?

Cantastic at Benco Dental Sales Forum

At 7:15 a.m. March 13 at the Omni Championsgate in Orlando, Fla., musical garbage can players, Cantastic, rousted the crowd at  the third and final day of the Benco Dental Sales Forum.

Who waited in the wings? The company’s VP of Marketing, Paul Jackson,  prepared to deliver an Paul Jacksonenlightening performance from about the importance of Benco’s lifestyle magazine, Incisal Edge. Jackson’s topics included sales promotions, OneVisit, The Onset Approach and two videos: an backstage look at the Incisal Edge 40 Under 40 photo shoot and The Warehouse Dash, a contest in which territory representatives earned the right to run to – you guessed it – dash  through a warehouse at in Chicago, Ill., and collect a multitude of electronics and various other prizes.
The day continued with two clinical speakers, Dr. Stanley Malamed and Dr. Mic Falkel, who spoke about local anesthetics and The Onset Approach.

Following breakout sessions was guest speaker social media expert and author, Crystal Washington.
The day’s events wrapped with a presentation by Benco Dental VP of TIS, Terry Barrett and Marketing Communications Manager, Rachel Pugh,  on the subject of social media and company engagement.

The company celebrated the forum’s final night with a cocktail reception and sales award dinner before heading home this morning.
